Return Policy

★ At JOPLIN we work by request and all our garments are carefully made in our atelier, thus contributing to producing less and better. With our made-to-order system, we need about two weeks to manufacture your garment before shipping: Choose your garment and color, choose the size that best suits you and that's it! In a few days you will have your JOPLIN at home.

★ Although we work to order, your satisfaction is what matters most to us. So we accept returns of our products within two business days of receipt. All items must be unused and in perfect condition, including original tags and packaging.

★ We will refund the full value of the products within 30 calendar days of receiving the items, except for shipping costs, which will be the customer's responsibility. To process a return, send an email to info@joplinatelier.com and we will detail the steps to follow.
